Run time errors arise when the application or program encounters unforeseen problems. For the most part, these errors occur due to conditions that were not addressed during the development of a particular application. To get a better understanding i am listing a few run time errors along with the situation and solution.
Runtime Error 429
When we get this Error 429 we will get a message along with it ACTIVE X COMPONENT CANT CREATE OBJECT.
Cause : When we try automating tasks in office applications we may get this error message. This is very common in windows
Application is not properly installed or contains corrupt files
Application requires VB run time.
Solution :
Try reinstalling the application which gives the error message, that is the only cure for this.
Runtime Error 339
This error is encountered when MCI32.OCX or any file related with this is not properly registered we get a msg A FILE IS MISSING. This error is common for people who upgrade from XP to VISTA.
Solution : Download latest copy of MCI32.OCX and reinstall this file this is the best possible soluton.
Apart from this we may get few other run time errors we can be free of these kind of errors by keeping our Operating system up to date which can be obtained when we get genuine Operating system as we cant download updates using a fake key.
